Welcome to pikset.com, a platform managed by Xania Media. The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all use of our website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, pikset.com, and the pikset.com mobile application (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Xania Media. (“pikset.com”).

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice, and your continued use of pikset.com after any changes signifies your agreement to those changes.

The Site may provide you with the ability to upload, submit, disclose, distribute or otherwise post (hereafter, “posting”) content, videos, audio clips, written forum comments, data, text, photographs, software, scripts, graphics, or other information to the Site (collectively, the “User Content”). By posting User Content on the Site, you affirm, represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use such User Content in the manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms and Conditions.

**5. Sale and Purchase of Goods**

pikset.com provides an online platform allowing users to sell and purchase licensed AI-generated digital pictures. Xania Media is not a part or participant in such transactions. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to Content that you consider offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will pikset.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Site.

**6. Limitations on Use**

You agree to use the Site only for its intended lawful purpose and according to these Terms. Any use of the Site that violates any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or which pikset.com deems inappropriate, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

**7. Warranty Disclaimer**

The Site and the content are provided ‘As Is’, without warranty or condition of any kind, either expressed or implied. Xania Media specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Site and the Content including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, and non-infringement.

**10. Governing Law**

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of incorporation of Xania Media without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Your use of pikset.com signifies your agreement to this Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept this agreement, please refrain from using our platform.
